Maintenance of Tan Rallt Holiday Park in addition to the holiday homes and facilities on it are all paid for by your annual site fees. However, we know that times are hard and we have therefore done our utmost to ensure that the annual site fees that are paid by our holiday home owners are as competitive as possible.

If you opt to purchase a static caravan in Abergele at Tan Rallt Holiday Park, then your annual site fees will be just £5,250 per year. Those who opt to purchase one of our luxury lodges meanwhile will pay just £6,000 per year. These prices are correct as of the 1st July 2023.
