When deciding to visit or purchase a new holiday home, it is important to select which caravan is right for you. One of the most difficult decisions for prospective owners is to determine whether you want a three or two bed home.
There a multiple factors you need to consider before making your final commitment to your new holiday home.
How many people are in your family and all their ages? You may think that because you have a large family you need a three bed caravan, but this doesn’t mean that this caravan is right for you. Most of the accommodations sold at Tan Rallt have a pull out sofa beds. Meaning that a two bed caravan can sleep up to 6 people.
However if you want to use your holiday home to entertain slightly larger groups, then definitely consider a three bedrooms. All of our three bed static homes come with a pull out sofa bed, so you can accommodate up to 8 people.
This very important to consider when deciding whether to go for a two or three bed. Are you looking for more privacy? If so an en suite master bedroom is an ideal choice if you are a family or will be receiving guests. An extra bedrooms are also handy and offer a further degree of privacy too.
You also need to consider the fact that more bedrooms reduce the amount of communal space in your Holiday Home. However, if you are planning to use a pull out sofa bed regularly this will aslo reduce space in the living area. So this is defiantly something too factor in.
Here at Tan Rallt we have an amazing sales team to help you make sure that you holiday home is exactly what you want.
