It’s official, as soon as the Welsh Government confirm that we can open, we’re #GoodtoGo!
Right now we’re hoping to reopen to our Holiday Home Owners on Saturday 11th July, and to welcome Holiday Guests from Friday 17th July.
It means we’ve followed Government & industry COVID-19 guidelines to achieve this Industry Standard supported by VisitWales and the Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The great thing about our holiday park is that we’re all naturally distanced! All of our holiday homes have at least 5m between them, so you can easily keep a safe distance from your neighbours!
We’ve limited the number of customers allowed in our Reception area to just one at a time. If possible we’d love for our customers to call us on 01492 516 652 – we’re still in the office and will be happy to help!
We’ve also put some helpful social distancing markers outside the Reception so if you do need to queue – you can do this safely.
If we need to enter your holiday home for any reason we will ask you to vacate the holiday home before a member of our team goes in. They will also disinfect anything that they come into contact with prior to your return.

In order to keep your family safe on holiday with us, we need to look after our family too!
So all of our team are equipped with the PPE required for them to carry out their jobs safely.
We’ve also put protective screens up in areas where you need to speak to us face to face.
We’ve spent the last months undertaking Risk Assessments to see what changes we’d have to make to some of our normal procedures. If you have any questions about the measures that we are taking, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
We already keep up to date contact detail records for our holiday home owners.
In addition to this we’ve added a Pre Check in process for our holiday guests where they can enter the details of all guests prior to arrival.
