Since Wales entered level 0 we announced that we would gradually relax our restrictions across the park.

The safety of each other, our team and yourselves is of paramount importance and will of course remain so.

We’re delighted to announce that after reviewing our risk assessments we will be reopening The Retreat Spa jacuzzi for the use of our guests.

The sauna and steam room remain closed for the time being.

In order to use the jacuzzi please pre book a slot with Reception, either by popping in or by calling our team on 01492 516 652.

Slots can be booked from 10am, with the last slot being 8pm.
