1. Zip World and Bounce Below, Snowdonia.
Only 35 minutes from Tan Rallt is the popular Zip World. With two different zip lines to choose from, it offers a unique way to witness the Welsh countryside. Moreover, when booking if you mention that you are staying at Tan Rallt you will get a 10% discount of your booking! Then there is Bounce Below, which is also only a 35 minute journey from our park. This family attraction is a giant network of underground trampolines in a former slate mine.

2. Welsh Mountain Zoo, Colwyn Bay
For a more relaxing family day out, why not head up to the Welsh Mountain Zoo. With it only being an 18 minute drive from Tan Rallt, this is a perfect place to spend quality time with your loved ones. Roam around the zoo and spot plenty of animals, including the Eurasian Brown Bears, Chimpanzees and Red Panda’s. Why not make a day out of it and watch the daily penguin parades and training of the sea lions!

3. Great Orme Tramway, Llandudno
The Great Ormer tramway is Britain’s only cable hauled tramway that travels up public roads, and has been taking visitors up the Orme since 1902! Admire the views of the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno as it climbs the Great Orme. When you get to the top take a bite to eat at their café, whilst soaking up the panoramic views. Also, there is a mini golf course at the top for some extra family fun!

4. Portmerion Village, Porthmadog
The picturesque seaside village of Portmeion sits on its own private peninsula overlooking Cardigan Bay. This is the ideal place to spend the day out with you family. There are acres of woodland and miles of beach to explore. The village also has a choice of colourful shops and restaurants – so there is plenty to be doing!

5. Greenwoods Forest Park
This park has been voted multiple times as one of North Wales’ best family attractions! Greenwood Forest boasts load of different rides and shows, ensuring there is something for all the family. With the park closing for the winter months at the beginning of November, don’t miss out on some good old family fun.
