This October we have so many events in North Wales – it has been never a better time to visit Tan Rallt. With such a big range of activities going on there will something for everyone this autumn.
The Gwledd Conwy Feast from 25th to 27th October, is an unforgettable celebration of welsh food, drink, art and music. The medieval walled town of Conwy, North Wales, hosts this spectacular event. With street food stalls, wine tasting sessions, cooking masterclasses and much more there will defiantly be something for you. Moreover, there are arts and crafts stalls perfect for entertaining the young ones!
Want to know about how the Victorian Era impacted North Wales? Then this is the event for you. Head down to the beautiful Italian style village of Porthmadog for their Victorian weekend on the 4th and 5th October. The Victorian Railway will be brought to life with costumed characters, parading around the station, riding the trains and posing for photographs. The Harbor Station Car park will be turning into a stall market full of local fresh produce. Moreover, this year will be a fantastic Ferris Wheel ready and waiting to whisk you up revealing superb views over the harbour and the town. This North Wales heritage event is not to be missed.
With so many Halloween events going on in North Wales this October we really are spoilt for choice. For those who have got children of younger ages then it would definitely worth looking at Gwrych Castles Spooktacular trail and SpookWood at Greenwod Park. Both these events are family friendly and are running throughout the half term break. For those of you who are older, and find the super natural world interesting we have got you covered. The notoriously haunted Plas Mawr is holding a Ghost Hunt on the 26th October. Perfect for those of who are looking for something a little spookier.
