We have missed all of our customers very much and the lively atmosphere of having you in the Bar & Restaurant this year. We are happy to announce that The Cliffs will be re-opening for inside dining and bar service on Monday 17th May, subject to Welsh Government guidance.
As we are sure you will all understand, we have had to make a few changes to our service. Here are the measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of all our staff and customers.
Sit back, relax, and a member of The Cliffs team will come to your table and take your drinks order.
Tables in the bar and outside patio area will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis and will be waiter service only. Your bill will be allocated to your table number and we can take contactless payment at the table when you are ready to leave. Please do not queue, congregate, order drinks at the bar, or return any glasses yourself.
Restaurant tables must be booked in advance, by phone. Please come to the bar to let us know you have a reservation, using the floor markers provided if there is a queue.
Full table service will be in place in the restaurant.
A member of The Cliffs team will show you to your table, take your food and drinks orders, and look after your party throughout your meal. Bill payments will be taken at the table also. Please do not queue at the bar for drinks.
The Cliffs new Spring Menu will be available in the restaurant area only.
We can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in a group booking, in line with current government guidelines.
We kindly ask that guests do not move chairs or tables together as furniture spacing has been carefully arranged with both your safety and ours in mind.
All customers should be aware that in Wales, a distance of 2 meters should still be observed from other guests who are not part of your household or support bubble, both indoors and outdoors.
As we need to operate a one-in, one-out system for our toilet facilities, only the Disabled bathroom is currently in use.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms, please come back to see us another time!
