All of our holiday guests will be able to complete a pre check in process online through our Holiday Guest Portal.
This can be accessed either via your confirmation email or by clicking here.
Please note that if you have booked through a third party operator you may need to contact us by phone first to get your Tan Rallt Reservation Number.
When it comes to check in we ask that only one guest per party completes the check in process.
Please ensure that you have the booking name, reference and either a debit/credit card to be used for your security deposit.
We are only allowing one guest into the Reception area at a time, if there is someone already in the Reception we ask that you wait outside in the designated marked area.
One of our team will then check your details, take your security deposit and give you the key to your holiday home.
Keys, gate passes and our card machine will all be sanitised in front of you for added peace of mind. There is also hand sanitiser available in Reception.
When you get to your holiday home you will notice that the door has been sealed by our Head Housekeeper, showing that it has been sanitised and inspected so that you can rest assured that your holiday home has been cleaned to our high standard.
Where possible we have removed decorative items from your holiday home in order to limit the number of potential transmission points. Please rest assured that this has allowed our Housekeeping Team to thoroughly disinfect and sanitise your accommodation, and that particular notice has been paid to all frequently touched surfaces both inside and outside of your holiday home.
You will also notice that a window has been left open so as to ensure that the holiday home is ventilated upon your arrival. We ask that you open a window prior to your departure.

Please maintain a safe distance from other guests during your stay, as we are located in Wales rules laid out by the Welsh Assembly Government regarding socialising between households apply while you are staying with us.
If you are staying in one of our holiday homes or lodges with a private hot tub this will be inspected daily by a member of our Maintenance Team. We ask that you give our team space to carry out these essential tasks.
When disposing of rubbish in one of our two designated Bin Areas please use the hand sanitiser provided.
Unfortunately The Retreat Spa & Gym is closed to all guests in line with current Government regulations.
At the end of your stay we ask that you please dispose of any rubbish in the designated bin areas.
Please also leave a window open in your accommodation for ventilation purposes.
You can either deposit your key and gate pass with a member of our team in Reception, or in the black box next the Reception door.
