Drain down information

If the drain down service is something that you’re interested in, please note the following:
- Payments must be received with the completed attached form
- Your holiday key must be left at the park reception, clearly labelled. This must be done at least a week before disconnection
- You must not at any time reconnect your holiday home to the mains water supply during the winter months after your holiday home has been drain down.
- Your requested date must not be on a weekend, this service will be carried out on a week day
*Frost damage may not be covered by your insurance provider, however for the owners who are covered by the group insurance your caravan will be covered providing that your caravan has been fully drained down.
