Coronavirus Update for Holiday Guests | Monday 1st June

Welsh Assembly Government Updates to Coronavirus Regulations

New guidance on Coronavirus regulations in Wales has been released, as the lockdown in Wales is relaxed. People in Wales are now encouraged to ‘Stay Local’ as opposed to having to ‘Stay at Home’.

This means that people can leave their homes for non essential reasons, as long as they stay ‘local’ to their homes. The Government says this is about 5 miles.

Unfortunately we are not yet able to reopen the park, however this is certainly a big step in the lock down being relaxed here in Wales.

We are currently taking bookings for later on in the summer as Tan Rallt Holiday Park, and we have introduced a Flexible Booking Policy to ensure that you can book your break with added peace of mind!

We are currently taking bookings from 10th July onwards.

If we are unable to open the park by that date then we will inform any customers effected as soon as possible and help them to rearrange their stay for another time.

Our Flexible Booking Policy

We understand that our customers may need to make changes to their travel plans.

For all new and existing bookings with an arrival date on or before 30th September 2020 we will waive any administration fees and allow you to change the arrival date of your holiday to later on in the season.

The cost to change the arrival date is entirely free, depending on the cost of the accommodation of the new booking, you may have to make a further payment or may receive a partial refund with respect to the cost of accommodation.

In order for our Flexible Booking Policy to apply customers must contact us at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival date.

This policy applies to all of our direct bookings, if you have booked through a third-party travel agent or tour operator please contact them in the first instance.

Holiday Guests Due to Travel Before 10th July 2020

Following this latest update we are extending the closure of the park to holiday guests to 10th July 2020.

We are offering our holidaymakers who are due to come within this period the option to change the date of their holiday up to May 2021.

In order to change the date of your holiday, you can either email us at enquiries@tanrallt.co.uk or call us on 01492 516 652 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm).

When contacting us, you will need to provide us with your booking reference number and your full personal details. If you are requesting a refund, we require the same information. Once we are in contact with you, we will make every effort to accommodate you going forward.

This policy applies to all of our direct bookings, if you have booked through a third-party travel agent or tour operator please contact them in the first instance.

In order to be able to assist those customers who were due to visit us shortly we are prioritising contacting guests due to arrive with us in June. If you have a booking for a later date please do bear with us and check back for more information soon.
