Ahead of the opening party on Saturday 12th April, we thought we’d give you some inside information on the man himself…
Steve is a classically trained chef. Born just across the valley from Tan Rallt in Glan Conwy, he received his training on the coast in Llandudno. The very definition of a local Welsh lad with big culinary dreams.
From his local roots at the Bryn Cregin Hotel to more exotic locations during his time on prestigious Royal Caribbean cruise liners, Steve has a wealth of experience cooking for Aintree races to Chester High life restaurants,
At the beginning of 2014 Steve seized the opportunity to step out of the kitchen for the first time by taking over The Cliffs at Tan Rallt Holiday Home Park.
Steve’s vision is one of a relaxed, professional style restaurant serving everything from your morning coffee to an afternoon tea, as well as providing high quality light lunches and evening meals. He’s particularly looking forward to serving spectacular Sunday lunches while still being able to look out over the hills to Snowdon.
