About our accommodation

1. What time can we check in?

You can check in any time after 4pm, however if you will be arriving earlier you are more than welcome to use our facilities while you wait.

2. What time do we check out?

Our standard check out time is 10am on your day of departure, however please call reception on 01492 516652 if you would like to check out later and we’ll see what we can do for you.

3. Can we park near our accommodation?

Yes, there will be a parking space available next to your caravan. There is also additional parking close to the restaurant, reception and Retreat spa.

4. Will I need to bring bedding with me?

All bed linen is included and your beds will be made up upon your arrival.

5. Do you provide cots & highchairs?

Cots & highchairs are both available to hire at a cost of £15.00, with a refundable deposit of £20.00 per item. Please specify if you will be needing either of these items on your booking form, we will ensure that they are placed in your caravan before your arrival.

6. Am I required to clean my accommodation before I leave?

All of our holiday homes are professionally cleaned in between stays, but we do require holidaymakers to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

7. Do we have to pay for electricity and gas?

No. Your gas and electric usage is included in the price of your holiday. If you think that you have ran out of gas for any reason please call reception and our maintenance team will attend to you shortly.

8. Do you allow pets?

Yes. We do offer pet friendly accommodation but it is exceedingly popular so we ask that you confirm availability at the time of booking. There is a surplus charge of £50.00 per animal for a week and £25.00 for a short break.  We also require a holding bond of £50.00 which will be returned to you at the end of your visit.

9. What facilities are there at Tan Rallt?

The Cliffs Bar and Restaurant is located on site and serves everything from breakfast and afternoon tea to light lunches and evening meals The Cliffs. Sunday lunches are a highlight of the week here at Tan Rallt so please book to avoid disappointment! Menus and updates on our latest events are available here.

The Retreat is our onsite health and relaxation suite. The facilities include a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped gym. Full Membership to The Retreat is included for the duration
of your stay.

10. Do you have wi-fi?

Yes, free wi-fi is available throughout the park.

11. Is there a shop on site?

There is a shop in the local village of Betws-yn-Rhos which is 5 minutes down the road. There is also a large Tesco just a 10 minute drive away in Abergele.

12. What entertainment do you have on site?

We have regular themed evenings at The Cliffs Bar & Restaurant as well as additional events during the peak season. Please check here for more information.

13. Are there any childcare / babysitting facilities?

No.

14. How secure is the park?

We have security gates in operation after dark which operate on a security swipe card system. All of our customers are provided with their own cards to gain access.

15. How do I change or amend a booking?

16. I’m really enjoying my holiday! Can I extend my stay?

Of course! Call into reception at your earliest convenience we can extend your stay depending on availability.

17. Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.

18. Can I check my online booking?

Yes you are able to check your online booking by calling us on 01492 516652. We can then send you a booking update by post or email.

19. What is the minimum age for booking a holiday?

The minimum age to book accommodation at Tan Rallt is 21 years old.

20. I have left some items behind in my caravan. How do I get them back?

We ask all customers to thoroughly check their accommodation before departure to ensure that nothing is left behind, but accidents do happen! In the event that you do forget something please call us on 01492 516652 and we will do our very best to get your belongings back to you.
