Your accommodation is available on your holiday start date from 4pm
You will need to vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure. If for any reason you decide to leave before the holiday end date, we are unable to offer you a refund.
If you think you’ll arrive at the Park after 7pm on the day of your arrival please let the Park know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless the Park is previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled.
If you have any special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please advise us when making your booking and confirm your request in writing either by post or email including your telephone number in case of any query. We will endeavour to meet your request; however this cannot be guaranteed and is not a condition of booking.
If you have any questions or specific requirements regarding the Park or accommodation, please speak to the Park directly or our reservations team before making your booking. All requirements must be confirmed in writing or email and are subject to availability. The rural nature of Tan Rallt makes the park unsuitable for wheelchair users and due to their weight; we are unable to permit electric wheelchairs in the accommodation.
Dogs are only permitted in our Elwy accommodation at a charge of £50 per dog, per week and £25 per dog for a short break. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per accommodation.
Where dogs are allowed, they must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in any of the Park buildings. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove the dog from the Park.
Travel cots and high chairs are available to hire for £10 per short break and £15 per week, in all accommodation, cots will only fit in the living room area. Please remember to bring your own bed linen. Cots and high chairs are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.
Please treat the, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation we cannot guarantee any accommodation to be free from allergens.
Consent will be sought to film or photograph individuals before it takes place by the company taking the film or photographs, but please ensure you and your family are aware of the positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we will not make any payments as a result. We will remove the photo from our image gallery, but the photo will remain on pre-printed material, including the brochure.
The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. By providing us with the information you are deemed to accept this and to have the consent of all members of your party to Tan Rallt holding this information for the purposes of your holiday booking, to help us improve our service to you and to provide you with information about our holidays. We will not disclose this information to any person outside Tan Rallt without your agreement, unless we are legally required to do so or for crime prevention purposes and safety reasons.
Your deposit per Holiday is all that we require to secure your booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before the holiday start date. If the holiday balance is not paid within the allocated time, your booking may be cancelled due to non-payment, without prior notice. Cancellation Plan Premium must be paid at the time of booking. All bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid for in full including any Cancellation Plan required. £** per unit is considered as a deposit even when the holiday is paid in full at time of booking. Please bring your final confirmation with you and present it on arrival. Enjoy the speed and convenience of paying by debit or credit card. There is no charge for payments made by debit cards. Because we incur credit card charges when you book, we do charge just **% for all credit card payments to help cover this cost. This cost is subject to change. Payment can be made by cheque, which must be received within 5 working days of making your provisional booking. Please make cheques payable to Tan Rallt Holiday Park and send to the address below. Please ensure that the name of the lead booker printed on the holiday confirmation.
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%. The price of your holiday is based on the prices available at the time of booking and cannot be amended at a later date, if we have reduced the prices due to a promotional offer. It is possible that in some circumstances accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in legislation, or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur from the services advertised in our brochure or on the website we will advise of these changes, where made prior to booking and at booking and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked if any changes made after their booking and before their holiday commences.
If there is problem with your accommodation unit on arrival (e.g. condition and cleanliness), you will need to inform reception immediately so they can help rectify the problem.
As our Park is set in a rural location, please be aware that some little insects may find their way into your accommodation, which we cannot be held responsible for.
Please check your holiday confirmation and advise us of any errors within 24 hours. After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, e.g. type of accommodation or lead name. We will try to meet your request. Any changes must be made at least 8 weeks before the holiday date, and be confirmed to us in writing by the lead bookers name printed on the holiday confirmation, or their Travel Agent. Where changes are sought to be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday it will be treated as a cancellation, and be subject to cancellation charges as outlined on the right. We do not transfer holidays from the current season to the next season. The booking will have to be cancelled and the cancellation charges, as per the section on the right, will apply. If a refund is due, this will be credited back to you or transferred to next season’s booking.
It may be necessary to cancel your holiday due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. If you have taken out our cancellation plan, payments arising from cancellation may be covered as detailed below. As soon as you know you need to cancel, you must confirm the cancellation by writing to the park. The letter/email must be signed (where possible) by the person who made the booking or their travel agent. If you have not taken out our cancellation plan, cancellation charges are calculated as per the table below.

Please ensure that you request the cancellation plan at the time of booking, if you wish to be covered. This Cancellation Plan is great value at: £** per holiday home per week £** per holiday home per short break The Cancellation Plan covers your holiday cancellation in the event that any member of your party is unable to travel due to: Sickness Redundancy Jury Service Bereavement Proof will be required in writing, by recorded delivery prior to the confirmed start date of your holiday. This will need to be as follows: Sickness – Doctors Certificate Redundancy – Employer’s notification Jury Service – Court notification Bereavement – Death Certificate Once covered by our Cancellation Plan and one of the above categories applies, you will be entitled to a full refund of all holiday monies paid, subject to an administration charge of your deposit and the Cancellation Plan fee. If the Cancellation Plan is not taken out at the time of booking, we recommend you make your own arrangements Please note the sliding scale of monies payable, under Conditions of Booking.
We always try not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options:
a. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you
b. choose another available break from us at the advertised price
c. cancel your holiday with a full refund of any money you have paid.
We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking including those arising from *force majeure. *Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept same sex groups under the age of 21 years old.
We try to provide a car parking space next to/or close to your accommodation, however, we cannot always guarantee this. Unfortunately, we do not accept working vehicles, pickup trucks or open back trucks on the Park.
