Llanddulas is a village just 5 minutes away from Tan Rallt, midway between Old Colwyn and Abergele and next to the North Wales Expressway.
The village lies beneath the limestone hill of Cefn-yr-Ogof. On the coastal side of the village there is a beautiful beach, perfect for a morning walk with the dog or a romantic evening stroll. The beach at Llanddulas is also a convenient spot to join the coastal cycle trail which runs along the North Wales shore line. The views from the path are simply stunning and you can cycle all the way from Pensarn to the RSPB Nature Reserve in Conwy.
Rhos-on-Sea is a small seaside resort in Conwy County Borough, just 10 minutes from Tan Rallt to the west of Llanddulas. It is named after the Welsh kingdom of Rhos established there in the late Roman era!
The 6th century St Trillo’s Chapel is one of the smallest churches in Wales and nestled on the shore of Rhos-on-Sea. The chapel by the sea is on the site of a pre-Christian, sacred holy well; the altar is built directly over the pure water of the well.
Escape to the beach at Llanddulas or explore the golden sands of Towyn or Talacre beach, North Wales. All within 15 mins of our award winning caravan site.
